The program faculty possess advanced degrees in specializations that are directly associated with molecular biotechnologies and the application of those technologies, and include core and adjunct faculty. The core faculty are KUMC faculty members who are primarily responsible for the subject content of the program core courses. The adjunct faculty are investigators who mentor students at practicum sites and are affiliated through adjunct appointment in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences. The broad-based knowledge and skills of the program faculty are available to our students as they prepare to enter the biotechnology community.
